SmartList mailing won't get distributed, why?

You didn't go back far enough in the logfile: you only gave the part showing the processing of the rc.request file after procmail had already finished the rc.submit file. The first line you want to include should be procmail: Match on "< 524288" Note the lack of a '!' before the < Philip Guenther
