Perhaps read what it's telling you, and change it to "Reply-To" to force replies to go to the list. As in: reply_to = "Reply-To: chat@intrepid-video.com" # uncomment (and And warn your users ahead of time, so the smart ones can set up procmail filters to REMOVE the Reply-To: header in your list's mail so that Reply-To-All works properly.
