No idea what kind of information I need to provide. SmartList came with our hosting package, along with a web-based interface for basic X-commands (subscribe, view dist list, change to moderated list/newsletter, etc.). The files I have access to (rc.custom, dist, etc.) seem fairly straightforward, so I'm at a loss as to what/where the problem would be. I've read the SmartList manual and FAQ, but... I've set up the list to be moderated, but emails from both the list maintainer and myself - listed in both the 'accept' file and the 'moderators' file - are only distributing to us... not the distribution list. The only thing I've read in the FAQ (http://www.hardlink.com/Support/Smartlist/) that sounds like a possible problem is: "From then on all mail that does not contain an "Approved: the_address_of_one_of_the_moderators" field is forwarded to all the moderators. One of the moderators should then resend the mail to the list after adding an "Approved: his_own_address" field to the header ..." I think we're both using either Outlook Express or MS Outlook to send the emails. Could that be the problem? At a total loss... any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
