Hi, We run aprox. 600 mailinglists using smartlist. Now occasionally we have the problem that if someone sends a short html e-mail message, they get returned with an "unprocessed" x-diagnostic. What can I do to fix this problem? Other than telling people to disable html email? You could create a test list, add VERBOSE=yes to the appropriate rc file, and resubmit the message which triggers the unprocessed status, as in: cat message | /usr/bin/sendmail -oi test-list@domain A close look at the logs will then tell you which rule exactly makes the message to become unprocessed.
