rconfig

ftp://ftp.pure.ch/pub/smartlist/ I found a tar file in this directory. Two rconfig files. I don't have a tar program (will winzip work? nah, didn't think so!). Is there some way I can get this into my domain? Also, do I need both of these rconfig files? One is dated September 2000, the next October 2000. This program is supposed to create a web interface for performing many Smartlist tasks. Has anyone used it? If so, what do you have to say abot it. Please remember this is the same person who does not yet know how to access moderated mail yet. Yes, I am working hard to learn this as fast as possible so I can stop bothering you kind people.
