subscription messages

Hello, I'm new to the list and I recently started using smartlist. I had no problems setting up my first list but after I set up my second list I noticed that the subscribe.txt message I uploaded for the second list has been dublicated into my first list. When I reuploaded the subscribe.txt for the first list it duplicated into the second one. Does anyone know if there is a way I can have a seperate subscribe.txt (and unsubscribe.txt) for each list.
