Hmm... Another grep in the bin directory suggests to me that a complete solution would need hooks in procbounce and removelist as well as subscribe and unsubscribe... And you'll want to insert the calls in such a way that it'll only run on succesful operations... Still quite doable. Sorry for the excess list traffic...
