Now everyone's not on the accept list

At the minimal risk of looking more foolish, I have another problem. After uncommenting the appropriate "foreign_submit line" (dull sound of palm smacking forehead), SmartList is now doing something else. Now nothing goes through. Everyone on the accept list (delinked and different from dist) gets rejected, with an X:Diagnostic header line to the maintainer of "Not on the accept list." I edit with vi, so there aren't any errant CR's or blank lines. What say ye, O fonts of knowledge? Bruce Williams
