Pb moderator and attachment

Hi, I am using smartlist with a moderator and it is working fine but I've got a problem when I approve a message containing attachment. It seems that it does not recognize my approvement and send it back to me instead of diffusing it. Have you got an idea about this problem ?? Thanks.
