Plus a small executable binary having five different names: multigram, flist, senddigest, idhash and choplist (hardlinked to each other). So yes, it needs to be compiled. The main problem is the convoluted build system, which is mostly shared with (or inherited from) procmail. One thing that might work is to take the Debian package and convert it into an rpm using alien.
