a simplified subscription command?

I could not figure out (nor find in the FAQ) how to allow persons to subscribe with: listname-subscribe@host.tld This is much easier to explain to novices. There must be a variety of solutions, but some are probably more elegant (and secure) than those that I could create. Thanks for any advice. Sincerely, Seth Chaiklin
