Can my list have these two types of members?

I need to have a mailing list to which only members can post and which has two classes of members: 1. NORMAL: Members who can post to the list and receive all posts to the list. 2. POST ONLY: Members who can post to the list but who receive no email from the list. Is this possible with SmartList? If so how can I do it? Many thanks.
