message headers

First off I would like to say publicly that this list has been a great help to me, Ravi personally. Now for my question. I setup a list for our support team that sends autoreply e-mail to anyone who sends to our support team. What i need is to show original message headers in the header of the e-mail that goes to the support team. Any and all help will be appreciated Jerry Sloan
