I've got "Reply-To: $listaddr" in my rc.custom file but it doesn't work for all subscribers <snip> I have the same problem. For some it works for some it does not and I cannot figure out why because they all use Outlook Express.
It is working correctly by design. If there is already an existing Reply-To: header field in the message, SmartList will NOT replace it. This makes a whole lot of sense; if I specifically set a Reply-To: header in my email, there must be a valid reason, therefore SmartList _should_ not change it. And, FYI, if you teach your subscribers how to use the Reply-To-All feature of their mail client, there's no valid to add the Reply-To header field in the first place. (*sigh*) Adding a Reply-To header field is not a bad thing, it's just a completely unnecessary thing which will cause more problems long-term than it solves. Charlie
