How to add "Your are subscribed as ..." in the email body

Is it possible to make the footer of the email list the person that the email was sent to. For example at the bottom of the email body, it would be able to say "You are subscribed as $user@$somedomain.com where it would put the users actual email address that received that letter. Thanks, Thomas
