
Hello, I'm sorry, but we can't help you much. For these kind of question you need to contact the International Office. As far as I know the question if a bachelor degree is sufficient to start a doctoral degree depends on whether there's an agreememt between RWTH and the university at which the degree was obtained. The International Office should know. The same holds true for the German language requierment. Normally, students who want to study at RWTH need to pass a DSH (Deutsche Sprachprüfung für Hochschule or something the like)-exam. Otherwise they cannot enroll the university but need to do German courses before and take the exam. Whether this rule also applies for post-graduate students I don't know.
