--- English Version below --- Liebe Lehrende und Lehrinteressierte, wir freuen uns sehr, Ihnen beim kommenden Lunch Lehre im neuen Jahr wieder spannende Einblicke in innovative Lehrprojekte zu geben. Bitte beachten Sie, aktuell planen wir den Lunch Lehre im Präsenzformat. Während der Veranstaltung wird aufgrund des neuen Hygienekonzepts zum Infektionsschutz der RWTH Aachen Maskenpflicht gelten. Sollte eine Durchführung in Präsenz aufgrund der Regelungen rund um das Corona-Virus nicht möglich sein, werden wir Ihnen frühzeitig per Mail darüber Bescheid geben und Sie über die alternative Durchführung per Zoom informieren. Für unseren ersten Lunch Lehre im neuen Jahr begrüßen wir ganz herzlich Lena Schulte, M. A. aus dem Center für Lehr- und Lernservices, Abteilung Lernplattformmanagement mit einem Vortrag zur Barrierefreiheit in RWTHmoodle. Erhalten Sie einen Einblick in die Möglichkeiten zur Barrierefreien Gestaltung der RWTHmoodle Lernräume und wie Sie bereits mit kleinen Veränderungen die Nutzbarkeit für Studierende mit Behinderung oder chronischer Erkrankung schon deutlich verbessern können. Der Lunch Lehre findet am Mittwoch, den 18. Januar 2023, von 12:15 bis 14:15 Uhr im SuperC der RWTH Aachen (6. Etage, Templergraben 57, 52062 Aachen) statt. Einführung des RWTH Organisationenverzeichnisses // Introduction of the RWTH directory of organizations and people

--- english version below --- Guten Tag, Sie erhalten diese E-Mail über die in CAMPUS hinterlegte Zentraladresse Ihrer Einrichtung. In den kommenden Wochen wird das RWTH Organisationenverzeichnis die entsprechende Funktionalität des bisherigen CAMPUS Verzeichnisses übernehmen. Das neue zentrale Organisationenverzeichnis konsolidiert Daten bestehender Verzeichnisse. Für einen Übergangszeitraum ist es erforderlich, dass die Adresse Ihrer Einrichtung (Zentraladresse) nicht nur in CAMPUS [1], sondern auch im RWTH Organisationenverzeichnis [2] gepflegt wird. Zur Berechtigung der Datenpflege im RWTH Organisationenverzeichnis wurde die neue Rolle "Verwaltung Organisation" eingeführt. Was müssen Sie als Einrichtungsleitung tun? Wenn Sie noch keine Rollenverwaltung für Ihre Einrichtung haben, können Sie über das IT-ServiceDesk eine solche einrichten lassen [3]. Veranlassen Sie über Ihre Rollenverwalter*innen die Vergabe der Rolle "Verwaltung Organisation" an die Person(en), die bisher Zugriff auf die personenübergreifend genutzten Zugangsdaten für das Log-in "Organisationseinheit" in CAMPUS hatten (CAMPUS-Rolle Organisationseinheit). Der Personenkreis ist bisher nicht zentral erfasst. Bitte stimmen Sie die Vergabe der Rolle innerhalb Ihrer Einrichtung ab. Neufassung der Isolationsregeln in NRW | Changed Isolation Rules in

Liebe Studierende, liebe Beschäftigte, das Land NRW hat mit Wirkung vom 30. November die Isolationsregeln bei einer Infektion mit dem Coronavirus angepasst. Die Isolation wird auf 5 Tage verkürzt. Einer Freitestung bedarf es nicht mehr. Eine eventuell durch ärztliches Personal festgestellte Arbeitsunfähigkeit über die genannte Isolationspflicht hinaus gilt natürlich fort. Fragen zum Themenkomplex Isolation, Arbeitsunfähigkeit usw. beantwortet die jeweils zuständige Personalsachbearbeitung gerne. Infizierten wird zudem empfohlen, bis zum zehnten Tag mindestens eine medizinische Maske insbesondere bei Kontakt mit vulnerablen Personengruppen zu tragen. Rektorat und Krisenstab schließen sich dieser Empfehlung nachdrücklich an. Zudem wird nochmals an die arbeitsschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben erinnert, dass für Beschäftigte bei Unterschreiten des Mindestabstands eine Maskenpflicht besteht, sofern technische und / oder organisatorische Schutzmaßnahmen nicht ausreichen. Bitte helfen Sie weiterhin durch Ihr achtsames Verhalten mit, Infektionen zu vermeiden! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Thomas Trännapp Leiter des Krisenstabs Dear Students, Dear Employees, The Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia has changed the isolation rules for those tested positive for COVID-19 with effect from November 30. The self-isolation period has been reduced to 5 days. Clearance testing is no longer required. Any medical certificate confirming incapacity for work beyond the 5-day isolation period, of course, continues to apply. If you have any questions on self-isolation, incapacity for work, etc., please get in touch with the responsible HR representative. Those tested positive for COVID-19 are also recommended to wear a medical mask until the tenth day after the positive test result, especially when in contact with vulnerable individuals. The Rectorate and the Crisis Management Team strongly endorse this recommendation. We would also like to remind you of the health and safety regulation that states that employees are obligated to wear a face mask if the minimum distance requirements cannot be observed and if the technical and/or organizational protective measures in place are not sufficient.
