Hmmm. I suppose it might have helped to point out that the message
with the link would be 'oldish' but I wasn't sure if all reviewers
entries were created around the 6th or later - so didn't have  much
detail to give in my Friday message. If you did create them all
the same time you or I can send a follow up pointing out around which
time this message should have been received.
