Since we wanted to afford the authors as much rewriting time as 
possible  I was wondering
if we can have a teleconference on the 20th (Friday) to go through the 
reports,
make the necessary decisions and inform the authors on that same day so
everybody has it before the weekend.
My schedule is open but I guess yours might not be - so I figured I 
should start
bugging you early.
