After my counting of the votes, I seem to be the last to offer my congratulations to Otto and my condolences to Ramon. My excuse is that I had some onerous deadlines from my current client! I know some (and I suspect many) of the abstentions were because people wanted to vote for both. I look forward to our future, whether we have co-chairs or we have a chair and vice chair. I must also add my appreciation of Augusto's 6 years as chairman. I hope that API's problems with will not prevent him coming to future meetings.
