Call for participation IEEE SCVT 2006: 13th Symposium on Communications and Vehicular Technology in the Benelux November 23rd, 2006, Liege, Belgium Organized by the IEEE Benelux Joint Chapter on Communications and Vehicular Technology. Established in 1993, the Symposium is an annual event organized by the IEEE chapter on Communications and Vehicular Technology. The Symposium is aimed at presenting and discussing the latest scientific and technical advances in communication systems and vehicular communication technology. This workshop aims to inform researchers, both academic and industrial, about the latest achievements within the IAP-MOTION network and the F.W.O. Scientific Research Community. In addition International keynote speakers are invited to present the latest trends and evolutions on hot topics such as adaptive wireless systems, wireless sensor networks, distributed video coding and the provision of high speed data communication to trains.
