Dear Colleagues: Please find attached the updated description of responsibilities for National Representatives. As I mentioned to you earlier, I tried to keep the document as brief as possible. When I mailed my first draft on November 18, 2003, I included the input from TC3 and TC11. Since then, I included in this version, input from TC7 and additional information from TC5.
