However, as such networks become increasingly complex, performance modelling and evaluation will play a crucial part in their design process to ensure their successful deployment and exploitation in practice. This workshop will bring together scientists, engineers, and practitioners to share and exchange their experiences, discuss challenges, and report state-of-the-art and in-progress research on all aspects of wireless ad hoc, sensor, and ubiquitous networks with a specific emphasis on their performance evaluation and analysis. The length of the papers should not exceed 10 single-spaced pages (in two-column format) including figures and references on 8.5 by 11 inch paper using at least 11 point font. Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format (or postscript) by sending it as an e-mail attachment to mohamed@dcs.gla.ac.uk or mineo@cs.ucla.edu. All papers will be peer reviewed and the comments will be provided to the authors. Accepted papers will appear in the workshop proceedings and a special issue will be planned in a scholarly journal to include selected high-quality papers from the workshop.
