[ifip-tc6] Loan for PWC 2002

Dear TC6 members, I had a request for a loan of 3000 CHF for PWC 2002 in Singapore (October 2002). The request was made by the organizer ( Guy Omidyar) and it has the support of the WG 6.8 chairman and myself. I would like to ask TC6 for approval. No answer from your side will mean approval to simplify the exchange of mails. Please answer until October 31st. Best regards Augusto
