[GAMES-Web] URL's: Paris, Rice, Warsaw

      I'm glad to see our net starts to work.

Currently the following URL's differ from what we had in our config files; 
the correct locations are:

@URL_PARIS=http://www.liafa.jussieu.fr/~games@
@URL_RICE=http://www.cs.rice.edu/CS/Logic/Games@
@URL_WARSAW=http://www.mimuw.edu.pl/~std/GAMES@

Even though Paris and Warsaw will probably change again within a week I 
recommend you to remake your sites with the new config as broken links can 
ruin honest people's reputations in no time ;)
