The IIT EU Alumni Association (IITEUAA)was founded in 2005 by engineers graduated from India> '> s leading Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT). Following the success of its past conferences, 2006 (Hannover) and 2007 (Paris), the Association is now organizing two future events, the 2008 Europe-India Conference in Aachen, Germany, and the 2009 series of Regional Conferences in India. These conferences will provide a unique platform for cooperation between academic institutions, research establishments, and industry, both European and Indian, focused on the growing Indian market in the areas of Energy and Transportation and related new technologies.
