Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Wir freuen uns Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass das International Office in diesem Jahr gemeinsam mit dem Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienst (DAAD)

am 27. November 2012, von 17:00 Uhr bis 20:30 Uhr
 im SuperC , 6.Etage, Templergraben 57, 52062 Aachen

einen Empfang für unsere Internationalen Wissenschaftler/innen  und Doktorand/innen  und Stipendiat/innen veranstaltet.

Um insbesondere Ihren neuen Gästen die Orientierung in Aachen zu erleichtern, werden vor der Hauptveranstaltung zwei gruppenbezogene Begrüßungsansprachen stattfinden.

Wie Sie aus dem Programm ersehen werden, beginnt der DAAD mit dem Empfang der Stipendiat/innen und direkt im Anschluss daran bieten Vertreter/innen des International Office eine kurze Präsentation an, in der informative Details über die Staedteregion  Aachen sowie die RWTH Aachen erläutert werden.

Es wäre daher sehr freundlich von Ihnen, wenn Sie vor allem Ihre Neuankömmlingen  auf frühzeitiges Erscheinen hinweisen könnten. Alles weitere entnehmen Sie bitte dem beigefügten Programm.
Um eine Voranmeldung bis zum 09. November 2012 an das International Office mit beigefügtem Formular wird gebeten.

Dear all,

We are happy to inform you that the International Office together with German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is arranging a Welcome Party

27^th November 2012, between 5 p.m and 8:30 p.m.
SuperC, 6^th floor, Templergraben 57, 52062 Aachen,

to which we would like to cordially invite all the International Researchers, Doctoral Students and Scholarship Holders at RWTH.

In order to assist our new guests in their initial orientation phase in Aachen, we are going to hold two welcome speeches.  DAAD will begin with the reception of the scholarship holders, followed by a short presentation on behalf of the International Office related to the information on the city and the community of Aachen and RWTH University.

We would appreciate if you could inform your newcomers regarding the event and especially its initial welcome part.

We request that the attached registration form should be filled out and submitted by November 9^th, 2012 to the International Office.
