Dear support team, unfortunately I can not download the files for COMPASS 3.1 at the provided links. It correctly identifies the files by filename but than the download is waiting (zero bytes transferred) until timeout. I have tried it yesterday ~ 17:00 and today ~ 09:30 with no success.
