NDA details for US access to COMPASS?
Can you please describe what would be required for me to access and use the COMPASS toolsuite, as part of research conducted in the US on US Govt funded projects (e.g., the DARPA META-II program)? In order to transfer use of the COMPASS toolset outside the member states of European Space Agency, a request has to be filed to the Agency's Technology and Product Transfer Board with technical and administrative details about your organisation (and ours). After approval, we can package you a binary. Please let me know if you wish to engage in this. If so, it would be best that we continue discuss the subject matter by phone. Viet Yen

Dear Dave, After our internal discussion, there are two ways to use our toolset as part of your research jointly with Oxford University: 1. Go into the process of receiving approval from ESA's technology transfer board, followed by an approval from FBK, or either 2. Delegate the investigation of COMPASS within your research project to Oxford University. They are entitled to download and use our toolset under the COMPASS Public License and FBK's Additional Components License. If you have further questions or would like to share your experience with COMPASS, please feel free to let us know. Viet Yen On Feb 9, 2011, at 21:20 , David Musliner wrote:
