Omega Entertainment has completed the brand new 2002 versions of all its older feature films. Working with the fantastic Millennium Machine and some of the top colorists in Europe at Technicolor's Imaging Facility in London, we re-mastered (from top quality interpositives and stereo print masters) and have ready for delivery, fourteen highly commercial features, all with specific sales angles for DVD and television. The list of features that follows, is now available on DigiBeta (PAL or NTSC original, not standards conversions) in either 16:9 wide screen (for DVD and 16:9 television stations) or 4x3 regular for home video and television. For many of these movies we have German, French, Italian and Spanish versions. For some of them, we can also provide extra DVD material and “easter eggs”, director's interview, “making of…” segments etc. Your attention should also be focused on some important “extras” as Hans Zimmer's music (Academy Award winning composer, most recently known for “Gladiator”) for our productions “ZERO BOYS”, “THE WIND” and “TERMINAL EXPOSURE”. Buyers of these films may include bonus tracks with Hans Zimmer's haunting score and songs. Here's what you should consider, in addition to the brilliant visual and acoustic qualities of the new 2002 versions: BLIND DATE, Nico Mastorakis' award-winning thriller. Production Designer is Michael Stringer (who was responsible for the magical settings of “The Greek Tycoon”). Co-directed by Peter Rader (co-writer of “Waterworld”). IN THE COLD OF THE NIGHT. Unpredictable ending, tense plot, edge-of-your-seat suspense, hot love scenes and many marquee names in the cast: David Soul (“Starsky and Hutch”), John Beck, Marc Singer (“The Beastmaster”) Shannon Tweed and Hitchcock's (“The Birds”) leading lady, Tippi Hedren. THE WIND (UK version “The Edge Of Terror”). Perhaps Nico Mastorakis' most visual and suspenseful thriller. A magical fortress location, Meg Foster, Steve Railsback, Wings Hauser and Robert Morley, Hans Zimmer's haunting score, brilliant cinematography. It makes also great TV programming (as it has played on CBS, HBO and other big networks) NIGHTMARE AT NOON. A sci-fi action thriller, starring Bo Hopkins, George Kennedy and Brion James. Entirely shot in Moab, Utah with stunning aerial helicopter chases, fiery explosions, a great supporting cast and Hans Zimmer's dynamic, energetic action score. Screeners for all the above are available on DVD (PAL). Feel free to request one if you are interested in acquiring any. TERMINAL EXPOSURE. Venice Beach, intrigue, murder, brilliant young comedians, sexy females, John Vernon (“Animal House”) and Ted Lange (“Love Boat”) among the cameo cast. Hans Zimmer score and songs, also as bonus tracks in the DVD version. Also featuring one of The Pretender's hit songs. Released in the US by United Artists. SKYHIGH. Action-packed teen comedy, mistaken identity, gorgeous women, the Greek islands, luxury cruise ships, inventive visuals, Chris De Burgh and Jackie De Shannon songs. GLITCH. A “typical Hollywood” comedy, featuring the young talents of some brilliant comedians, combined with the skills of veterans like Ted Lange, Dick Cautier and Julia Nickson. A Malibu mansion filled to the brim with wannabe beauties becomes the stage of robbery, murder, Mafia revenge and true love – all with sugar and spice. Music and songs by Grammy-award winner Tom Marolda. NAKED TRUTH. A “funny as hell” spoof, along the lines of “Naked Gun”, featuring the comedy of Zsa Zsa Gabor, Herb Edelman (“The Golden Girls”) M. Emmet Walsh, Bubba Smith (“Police Academy), Ted Lange, John Vernon, Alex Cord, Shannon Tweed, Erik Estrada (“Chips”) Norman Fell (“Two's Company”) Lou Ferrigno (“The Incredible Hulk”) Billy Barty, Dick Gautier, David Birney and some of the most beautiful women in Los Angeles. A star-studded film for all audiences and all situations. GRANDMOTHER'S HOUSE. Peter Rader (writer of “Waterwold”) directs from his own script. Creepy, tense, scary thriller with two kids in amazing performances. THE TIME TRAVELLER. A movie which will sooth TV audiences and will make their eyes moist, as it has done when it played on many prestigious TV networks around the world (the BBC one of them). Adrienne Barbeau (“Escape From New York”), Keir Dullea (“2002, A Space Odyssey”) and a Greek island, wrap this tale of mystery and friendship between a time traveller, a boy and his dog. ZERO BOYS. Now, that's what we call “horror without gore”. This movie has a huge following and fans all over the world will rejoice with the wide screen DVD version. A young cast, loose in the wilderness, faced with lethal demented killers. NINJA ACADEMY. Along the lines of “Police Academy”, with an ensemble cast and the fun of learning, in the tough world of martial arts. The movie has played successfully on HBO and many European satellite channels. BLOODSTONE. High adventure in India, directed by Dwight Little (“Halloween 4”, “Murder At 1600”, “Free Willy 2”) with an American couple hunting for the ultimate ruby and getting chased by half the baddies of the globe. It's like “Raiders” and “Romancing The Stone”, with extra exotic flavor and lots of fun. The above are available on DVD / NTSC screeners only but those are made from older masters. New digital master screeners are available on VHS only.
