ATTN: Claus Shotten -- HAVANA RUSH at Cannes

Hi, Claus: We have just completed our feature film HAVANA RUSH -- too late to make it to Cannes -- although the rights for your territory are now available. Set in Cuba during the 1959 Castro revolution, HAVANA RUSH is the story of an affair between an American heiress and a Cuban Army lieutenant -- opposites thrown together by circumstances who shared the same lover several years before. After meeting with Fidel Castro, we were able to film all of our exteriors in Havana and the Museum of the Revolution made available to us two hours of film footage taken during the revolution, some of which we have incorporated into the film. HAVANA RUSH is the first American feature following 1959 to actually film in Cuba. I have worked in the Hollywood film industry in script development for actors Dustin Hoffman, Barbra Streisand and Paul Newman, and as executive story editor for producers Jay Weston at MGM, Arnold Kopelson at Inter-Ocean Films, Ltd. and Steven Bach at United Artists. Please click on the link below to view our two-minute trailer and let us know if you would like to view the movie's screener. We look forward to your reply. http://vox.org.uk/bricfilms/index.htm Claude Brickell producer/director Bricfilms USA
