FATE (Psychological Thriller)

Detective Cody Martin (Michael Pare, an ex-Fed turned detective with an impressive arrest record) and Detective Ciprian Rained (Philip Michael Thomas, a retired agent who is well known in the Bureau, ATF, US Customs and the CIA) hunt a serial killer (Lee Majors) who punishes his victims the way he believes GOD wants him to.
