The Mip TV launch of “Dark Tales of Japan” led to some competitive buying during its premiere market. The package of short horror titles from Producer Taka Ichise (“Ring”, “Dark Water”, “The Grudge”) has already sold in several major markets including the US, United Kingdom, Germany,
and Italy.

The long awaited trailer for “Samurai Commando: Mission 1549”, Kadokawa's big budget remake of the 1979 title, “Time-Slip” will be up on the Horizon website (www.filmhorizon.com) within the week. Screenings scheduled for Cannes are expected to be full to capacity. The original title will also be available
for acquisition.
