After the city tour, the participants are relieved and have time to explore the city on their own. In Pontstraße there are many places to eat well. The city center offers numerous shops on the Adalbertstraße (Aquis Plaza) or in the Krämerstraße. But you also have the opportunity to visit the Carolingian Palatine Chapel of Charlemagne at Aachen Cathedral for free. Admission to the treasury costs 4 euros for a reduced price. All information about the program and registration can be found on our homepage at: https://www.incas.rwth-aachen.de/newsite/index.php/en/offers 4) Read your short story to little children at the Day of Integration, Sept 2 The Day of Integration<http://tag-der-integration.kibac.de/> takes place once a year with diverse, cultural performances, sports demonstrations, and presentations in Aachen. The hosts are the initiatives, associations, institutions, and companies from Aachen and the surrounding area. Related to the Day of Integration (2nd September 2018 in Aachen), the International Office would like to participate by reading short stories to little children. That's why we're looking for students who would like to contribute with a little country-specific story, which will be read by them in both their mother tongue and German. It can be fairytales, legends, or also informative texts (appropriate to children), so be creative. In the halls of Eurogress, where the Day of Integration will take place, there will be a little separated area, which will provide more silence to read. These stories will be read hourly, each hour with a different story in a different language, starting from 12 o'clock. Should you be interested, you are welcome to leave Ms. Tamara Weber<http://www.rwth-aachen.de/cms/root/Die-RWTH/Kontakt-Anreise/Kontakt-RWTH-Aachen/~bdfr/Mitarbeiter-CAMPUS-/?gguid=0x4778BA8483B0FC4F856B34FA8192277D&allou=1> a message with the story (or at least the topic it will be about) and the language you will read it in. 5) Workshop on Time Management for International Students Do you want to make a realistic study plan from the start?
