Dear students,
This year RWTH Aachen has the honor of carrying out the UNITECH General Assembly Week, during which all stakeholders (Start-Up Week Students, End-of-Year Students, Academic Partner, Corporate Partner, and Alumni) come together.
UNITECH International<https://www.rwth-aachen.de/cms/root/studium/Im-Studium/Stipendien-Foerderun…> is a professional network comprising eight leading European universities<https://www.unitech-international.org/the-network/academic-partners> and 11 industry partners<https://www.unitech-international.org/the-network/corporate-partners>. Since it was founded in the year 2000, the network has served as a bridge between universities and industry. Students, who joined, will not only gain academic exchange experiences from an excellent partner university and practical insights from a precious internship but also strengthen their personal skills through coaching events and collaboration in multicultural teams.
The program will take place from 26 August to 2 September and we need your assistance!
Please note: Volunteering for at least five hours during the General Assembly Week on-site events can get recognized as a component of the RWTH Certificate International<https://www.rwth-aachen.de/cms/root/studium/Im-Studium/Engagement-Freizeit/…>
We expect up to 250 persons and have events mainly taking place in the Reiff Museum, the C.A.R.L., and in the Super C. Help is needed for various tasks: i.e.
· Welcome and register participants
· Guide international participants to rooms, answer questions, and find solutions for smaller problems
· Preparing seminar rooms and lecture halls for the special requirements of the events
· Proctoring examinations
· Assist during coffee and lunch breaks to ensure that all processes run smoothly
· Helping students and corporate partners to be best prepared during two fairs that take place
